To request a repair, please email us at work@rice.edu

In the email, provide the following information in subject line:

• Graduate Building you live at
• Apartment #

In the body of your email, please describe the maintenance problem in detail.  By not providing the requested information, our response could be delayed.

Emergency Repairs

If this an emergency maintenance issue after business hours and needs immediate attention, please call the Rice University Central Plant at 713-348-4095.  You will need to provide the same information asked of the maintenance request and indicate if you will be present when they arrive.
